AND ITS FUTURE IN LISA FRANK STYLE
I wanted to use AI tools in some way to reinterpret the words of the most notorious anti-artificial-intelligence extremist ever, Ted Kaczynski aka the Unabomber. I was then hoping to send Ted the result of the experiment to troll and antagonize him. Alas, Ted died in June 2023 so that chance was missed. Do not worry though, there are still 2 more unwilling collaborators found in this conceptual art who I hope to pester. The first is 90’s rainbow queen Lisa Frank and the last but not least is Midjourney, an artificial intelligence text to image generator.

Lisa Frank was chosen as an unwitting colaborator not only for her distinct artistic style which juxtaposes the dark misanthropic ramblings of Ted Kaczynski perfectly but also because she is litigious. I’m hoping this piece of art could spur legal action against Midjourney for using copyrighted material to train its AI and in turn provide precedent for other human creators to sue AI for using their copyrighted creative output.
One last note, I don’t want to be sued, and I don’t believe I should be since this collage has transformed the original Midjourney graphics enough to satisfy the doctrine of Fair Use. I may however get a cease and desist soon so please get a print in a timely manner if you're interested.
